Ledyard II is an early twentieth century Sears Roebuck pre cut house with many of the original details. This house has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, large eat in kitchen plus a dining room and main parlor. Included with Ledyard ll, which is fully furnished with many period pieces, are several barns and about a dozen well behaved geese.The Ledyard portfolio includes five vintage restored houses in the quaint village of Ledyard. Included is a major equestrian center with a large indoor and outdoor riding arena with 30 large stalls, more than three miles of riding trails through the woods and over the dale. The original Ledyard Farm also is home to a herd of Scottish Highland Cattle, more than 30 registered Morgan horses including eight foals, exotic multicolored chickens, twenty black and which Jacobs sheep all guarded over by two well trained Border Collies. Fresh eggs and meat are available at Ledyard l at all times.
In total there are about 650 acres of land in the Ledyard complex with some woodland and you will find wild turkeys, pheasants, deer, foxes and other wildlife.
